Rexagon M42 lenses

Rexagon 28mm F2.8

Believe it or not, but we could not find any information on Rexagon lenses. The last registered owner of the trademark was "Prinz International Kabushiki Kaisha". We know that Prinz sold cameras and various lenses during the 60's and 70's.

Be it as it may, these lenses were manufactured in Japan and it smacks of quality - all metal and built to last a lifetime. Aperture and focus ring are smooth and precise.

And there are a number of reports on photographic forums which praise this lens. And we agree - great colour reproduction and very contrasty. It is nice & sharp even wide open and we could not detect any chromatic abberations.

A definite keeper!
