Carenar M42 Lenses.
Carenar 35mm F2.8
A relatively unknown brand lens and we purely bought it out of curiosity. We were pleasantly surprised - very well built and an all-metal lens with silky smooth focus and aperture rings. And it performs pretty well - good colour saturation and remarkably sharp even wide open. We could also not note any chromatic aberations, even wide open.
They are really scarce and this is the only one we came across in our relentless search for good quality M42 lenses over the past 10 years.

This is really a great lens! Excellent build quality and all-metal. Focus and aperture movements are silky smooth and precise.
It is nice and sharp, even wide open and we could not detect any chromatic abberations.
